Quandbx™ is owned and operated by Yongchun Rouyu Trading Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through quandbx.com together with the other policies made available on the website.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that the purchase is subject to these Terms together with the other policies available through the store.

Product

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability and pricing accurately.

Product appearance or color may differ slightly because of lighting, display settings or normal manufacturing variation.

Genuine errors may be corrected and product information may be updated where necessary.

Orders

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk or legal restrictions.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity or applicable legal restrictions.

If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices, Currency, Taxes & Payment

Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.

By supplying payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

For U.S. deliveries, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

After Purchase

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning merchandise to obtain authorization, instructions and the correct return warehouse address.

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation has begun.

Promotion

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers may contain eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates or other clearly communicated conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quandbx™ and Yongchun Rouyu Trading Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the website, an order or a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
